Return Window

You may return unused, unworn items with original tags within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at paperandbeyond23@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement subject to availability.

Print Orders

Due to the custom nature of print orders:

  • Print orders cannot be returned once production has begun
  • If there is a quality defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund at no extra cost
  • Please review all proofs carefully before approving production

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
