Return Window
You may return unused, unworn items with original tags within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at paperandbeyond23@gmail.com with your order number
- We will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement subject to availability.
Print Orders
Due to the custom nature of print orders:
- Print orders cannot be returned once production has begun
- If there is a quality defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund at no extra cost
- Please review all proofs carefully before approving production
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
