3. Quote Requests

• Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on final specifications
• Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Final pricing is confirmed only upon order acceptance

4. Store Orders & Payments

• All store prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery for store orders: 5–7 business days across India
• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or logistics
• For print orders, delivery timelines are specified in the accepted quote

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Paper & Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
